About me
I'm Shir, a UX designer who’s always curious about people and how they interact with the world. One phrase that guides me is “Be curious, not judgmental” from the show Ted Lasso. I believe in being a sponge: learning from everyone, staying open-minded, and always striving to improve.
I have a strong work ethic and a passion for making things simpler and more intuitive. I love breaking down complex problems and and designing experiences that just make sense.
My background is anything but linear- I started in law school, which sharpened my strategy and critical thinking skills, but I found myself drawn to something more creative and people-centered. That led me to pursue an MS in Human-Computer Interaction, where I could combine analytical thinking with design to create better experiences for users.
Outside of work, you’ll find me reading (mostly non-fiction), listening to UX podcasts, baking, or out on a run.
