Hi! I'm Shir

A UX designer (and ex-lawyer!!) based in the SF Bay Area. What guides me is my curiosity, open mind, care for people, and love for asking questions and understanding the “why.”

My journey into UX isn’t what you’d expect. I started in law school, where I built strong critical thinking and strategy muscles - but I was craving something more creative and people-centered. That pull led me into UX design. After working at a startup, I doubled down on my education with Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, where I found the perfect blend of design, empathy, and problem-solving.

Outside of design, you’ll usually find me reading (mostly non-fiction), listening to UX podcasts, baking something cozy, out for a walk , or catching up on stock market news.
